Climate Smart Communities Task Force

In February 2019, the Village Board of Trustees approved a resolution to adopt the New York State Climate Smart Community Pledge. The next step is for the Board of Trustees to appoint the Climate Smart Community (CSC) Task Force to assist the Village in achieving Climate Smart Community Certification.

The CSC Task Force is recruiting interested members. Village of Pelham residents are motivated to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and adapt to a changing climate. This group is significantly related to the doings of the Sustainability Advisory Board, though it does stand alone. To sign up, fill out the Serve on a Board / Committee form.
